Greetings!

We reside on Catawba Island Ohio (Port Clinton) with our Golden Doodle Max & Aussie Doodle Finn. We are blessed with 6 grandchildren. Son Josh Dunkle is an attorney in Mansfield, OH and son Jason Dunkle is the owner of CBus Liquidators in Columbus, OH.

Chuck grew up in Ashtabula, Ohio, Marti grew up in Columbus, Ohio. Chuck and Marti also lived nearly 20 years in the Toledo area. Marti recruited Chuck as her Real Estate Partner several years ago. Previously Chuck was the PGA Golf Professional at the Catawba Island Club for 21 years and beforehand the Golf Professional at a Toledo golf club.
